This Privacy Policy pertains to the Service, which is operated by us in collaboration with our partners. The User’s initial registration to and participation in the Behavix Clickstream Panel shall always be the User’s choice (“Opt-in”), subject to the Behavix Clickstream Panel Terms of Service.

The User’s initial installation and initial activation of the Research Application shall always be the User’s choice (“Opt-in”). Following initial installation and initial activation of the Research Application, we may automatically update an activated Research Application from time to time.

We may collect personal data from Users in a variety of ways, including through online forms, through the Research Application and other software applications, and other instances where Users are invited to volunteer such data. We also automatically collect information about how Users interact with and within websites, Internet applications, digital services and device features. This information is obtained through analysis of logs generated by Users’ activities and through the utilization of the Research Application. We may also automatically generate information such as advertising and technical identifiers (“IDs”) which may be considered personal data. Such communications will occur solely in order to communicate with you regarding your use of the Service or any part thereof, to activate the installed Research Application, or to invite you to participate in further research projects including but not limited to additional surveys.
